I will take into account your individuality and everything that is going on in your life.  I will strive to make lifestyle recommendations that will enable you to better reach your goals.  I will treat you as a person rather than just treat the symptoms. 

Healthy -  ‘free from disease or pain :  enjoying health and vigor of body, mind, or spirit’

I will strive to help you achieve your own state of health.  What works for one does not work for all so I will find what works for you to achieve your optimal health.  I will educate you on how to make your own healthy choices.

Mindful - ‘inclined to be aware’

I will help make you aware of the choices you make and how they impact your health.  Choices of both the food you eat and the thoughts you have.  I want you to be aware of what makes you feel good and joyful and what doesn’t.  We will strive to find a balance.
