Session 1:  Getting to know you a bit better.  We will take a thorough look at your health history,  goals, priorities and any challenges you are facing.

Session 2:  Within a week of the first session we will review results from a detailed questionnaire and review a plan that we can put in place and implement together. This will include advice on foods, some meal suggestions as well as supplement and lifestyle recommendations.
